With space optimisation and cost management on the minds of many caterers, Burco has conjured up a ‘Plug and Go’ countertop equipment range that it hopes will appeal to customers feeling the pressure.
The range features seven separate units which can be purchased separately or as part of a fully functioning suite.
With a standard depth of 600mm and a working height of 275mm, the company insists the individual units fit neatly together on a kitchen surface. All use a standard 13 amp plug for single phase power.
The product family includes a wet pot bain marie, induction hob, countertop fryer with six litre tank, boiling top, griddle and a dry heat bain marie.
Diane Ho, commercial brand manager for GDPA, said: “The range is perfect for small and large establishments alike, and are ideal for any establishment looking to initially purchase one or two pieces of equipment, before adding to the range over time.”
Products in the range are covered by a three-year parts and one-year labour warranty.
