Buffet display supplier, RSA Foodservice International, has entered liquidation.

According to a notice posted on the London Gazette website, the Staines-based firm is being wound up voluntarily, with Julie Palmer and Stephen Powell of Begbies Traynor’s Salisbury branch appointed as joint liquidators.

RSA Foodservice International was established in 2001 and designed, manufactured and supplied food display and retail presentation products to the UK catering and hospitality industry. Items were available in acrylic, polycarbonate, melamine, wood and stainless steel.

It also offered a bespoke design and manufacturing service too, with a claimed quick turnaround time, involving a site visit to identify a suitable individual solution.

The company’s MD, Richard Shrubb, posted on LinkedIn: “It is with great regret that RSA Foodservice International has closed its doors for the last time and entered into voluntary liquidation.

“I’d like to thank all the customers and supplier who helped me and my team produced services and products to be proud of over the last 21 years, and to wish them well in the lives and careers for the future.

“It has been a blast with ups and downs, but could not have been achieved without your good advice and help. Let’s hope 2021 will be a better year for us all.”
