BSA ready with all the coffee machine answers

The Beverage Standards Association (BSA) will hold a panel discussion at next month’s Lunch! Show aimed at telling buyers everything they need to know about hot beverage equipment.

BSA’s panel of experienced professionals will seek to answer questions around extraction times, water filter changes, press boiler inspections and staff training during the session, which takes place on Wednesday 24 September at 3.45pm.

Martyn Herriott, chairman of the BSA, said: “Although coffee culture is booming in the UK, it is important that independent coffee shops are equipped with all the information they need to build a long-term successful business. By providing this panel of experts at lunch!, we hope to do this.”
