Drinking water systems manufacturer Brita Vivreau is set to showcase its product range at The Restaurant Show, taking place on 2-4 October at London Olympia.
Visitors to stand UM71 will be able to take advantage of a special promotion of up to £750 worth of free Brita Vivreau products with the purchase of a Table Water Bottling System or a ViTap Plus including free reusable designer glass bottles, free design and artwork and a free dishwasher tray.
Debbie Tate, marketing and communications director at Brita Vivreau explained: “Our Table Water Bottling System was conceived 28 years ago to change the way drinking water was obtained and served in restaurants across the globe.
“By purifying water in-house, restaurant managers can eliminate the need for pre-bottled water, therefore saving the water miles in delivering the water as well as the time and space needed to order and store the bottles, as well as reducing the waste that the restaurant creates.
“Our unique Table Water Bottling System and ViTaps are ideally suited to restaurants and are the obvious choice for restaurant managers looking to cut their carbon footprint whilst delivering a high-quality product.”
Brita Vivreau systems are currently in place in restaurants including Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle in London. Restaurant manager Antonio D‘Agostino explained: “A premium restaurant needs premium water. Our guests love this fantastic water, and we love the carbon footprint – it’s all very environmental. When asked what Galvin water is, we talk about the partnership with Brita Vivreau and the environmental reasons that encouraged us to choose this brand.”
