Catering Insight's November edition reveals the Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020 shortlist in full.

Well, most nations in the UK may be under or heading into lockdown, but there is one event which is still happening: the Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020.

Today we can reveal the full shortlist for the digital celebration of the UK catering equipment supply and operation industry. You can see every category’s finalists in Catering Insight’s November edition, which has just gone live HERE.

The issue also features an in-depth look at the latest combi oven advances being brought to market, as well as focusing on how dealers can discern between different fryer manufacturers’ offerings.

Catering Insight is free to all catering equipment professionals. If you are not already receiving your monthly print copy, you can activate your subscription HERE.

Furthermore, you can find out individual Kitchen & Equipment Awards category shortlists live on our website using the links below. The only category we haven’t included a shortlist for is the Outstanding Service to the Industry, the winner of which will be revealed during the awards week itself, commencing Monday 30 November.

Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: distributor geographical categories shortlists
Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: distributor operational categories shortlists
Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: distributor technology and service categories shortlists
Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: supplier category shortlists, part 1
Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: supplier category shortlists, part 2
Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: operator category shortlists, part 1
Kitchen & Equipment Awards 2020: operator category shortlists, part 2

You now get to decide the victors for the above accolades. This will be particularly special this year, as suppliers, distributors and operators will all be able to vote on each other’s categories. So in order to win this year, each nominated company will have to impress two other industry demographics. Senior members of distributor, supplier and operator companies will be invited to vote on the two other category sections (sorry, you still won’t be able to vote for yourself!). These executives will receive voting forms via email by the end of play today – if you haven’t received one by then and feel you should have done, email clare.nicholls@itppromedia.com.

Voting will be limited to a few representatives per company to ensure the process is as fair as possible. You only have until 5pm on Friday 13 November to make your choices, so don’t delay in responding when you receive the links to the voting forms.

We will then announce the winners in a series of videos premiering on both Catering Insight and Foodservice Equipment Journal’s YouTube channels during the week of 30 November – 4 December. Both publications’ readerships will be notified of each announcement through Kitchen & Equipment Awards Week’s takeover of their daily news alerts all week. Winners will receive their trophies as soon as possible after the digital broadcasts.
