Cooking equipment manufacturer Blue Seal is on a mission to bolster support for its dealer network.
With a particular focus on boosting technical support, the company is now searching for a suitable person to fill the role of technical support technician.
The successful applicant will report to the technical services manager in the UK, and be based in Birmingham.
With the role involving attending warranty calls in the Birmingham area, as well as assisting the senior technician in checking warranty returns, the new technical support technician will also liaise with Blue Seal’s factory on warranty matters.
The salaried position is full time (34.5 hours), with working hours being Monday – Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am – 4.15pm.
