Blue Seal beefs up convection oven range


Blue Seal has kicked off the New Year by unveiling two new Turbofan convection ovens.

The company says that the E33D5 and E33T5 models have been designed to deliver outstanding performance within a small space, boasting a five 1/1 Gastronorm tray capacity within a compact 610mm-wide footprint.

The E33 models feature an improved bi-directional fan system, with two fan speeds for greater heat control and enhanced balanced moisture management functionality.

The firm, which has its UK operations in Birmingham, insists the improvements will help to deliver better results when baking, roasting, cooking and regenerating.

Blue Seal says the Turbofan E33 oven also utilises touch-screen technology, with icon-driven menu selection for manual and pre-programmed operating modes and the capability to transfer menus via USB.
