Heywood-based distributor, Vision Commercial Kitchens, has reported a hugely successful 2018 in its latest financial results.
The 2018 annual report, publicly available on Companies House, details that for the 12 months to 30 September 2018, Vision generated a turnover of £12.3m, 25% up on the 2017 figure of £9.8m.
Thanks to a significant North American project, £2m of 2018’s turnover was generated from overseas, compared to the £0.7m worldwide revenue the previous year.
Vision MD Jack Sharkey analysed: “Vision’s reputation and performance has continued to grow year on year. 2018 has been a significant year for us with the delivery of some great projects and a major overseas project which has helped enhance another good year’s financial performance.
“We are proud of what we have achieved, and being shortlisted in the CEDA Grand Prix Awards in four out of the five categories demonstrates Vision’s varied depth and quality of work.”
He concluded: “Vision’s fundamental philosophy of bringing the customers ideas to reality whilst identifying operational efficiencies and delivering focused project management sees the company continuing to grow year on year in a planned, structured and focused way.
