Baron back with revamped 700 series

Cook suite manufacturer Baron has issued details of its upgraded 700 series, which is now available and included in the company’s 2013 price book.

The revamped range features new-look knobs, front-top panels and bistro bars if required, as well as a new induction system designed to give better control and more reliability.

A four-zone electric solid top now features a ‘Cook on’ Molybdenum top for chefs who wish to use pans and cook food directly on the top, while the chargrills now have cast iron reversible grids for extra solidity and performance for no extra cost.

“This new 700 series follows the philosophy of the previous line which was to repeat the 900 series for power and capacity, keeping it a truly ‘heavy duty’ range, but in a smaller footprint,” said Roger Flanagan, managing director of Universal FSE, which brings the Ali Group brand into the UK.

Baron said the latest 700 series comes with a range of options for open gas burners, a larger selection of bratt pans and boiling pans, and stronger cabinet drawers with hygienic-coved internal corners for ease of cleaning.

The revamped 700 series follow on from the launch of Baron’s redesigned 900 heavy duty range and a new ‘back bar’ line of products.
