AutoQuotes is seeking to accelerate growth by welcoming Chris Richardson to the UK team in a new business development role.
Following a stint at Hobart and previous positions in operations and business analysis, Richardson joins AutoQuotes UK as business development manager. He will be working closely alongside MD, Rob Gibson, on the UK’s continued success and plan for growth.
Gibson commented: “The UK team and I are thrilled to have Chris on board. He will be an integral part of the UK operation, supporting us with the growth of our customer base by visiting new and existing clients to develop sales for both publishers and subscribers.”
In the last year, AutoQuotes has significantly increased its product portfolio with the addition of AQ Insight, new CAD and Revit content creation services and update designer plug-ins.
Richardson said: “I am so excited to be a part of the AQ UK team. My role will largely involve meeting with those across the industry, so I’m looking forward to connecting with professionals from a range of businesses and discovering how we can support them.”
Whilst growing its client base, AQ will also focus on customer service to ensure that both publishers and subscribers are making the most of the AQ platform, which Richardson will also have a part in.
He describes himself as a foodie, classifying food and eating out as one of his main hobbies – this coupled with a dose of keep fit.
