AutoQuotes and UL form strategic partnership

AQ and UL’s partnership is aimed at helping manufacturers to export their products in new markets.

AutoQuotes and UL, a safety science company, are entering a strategic partnership. 

The new partnership leverages AQ’s technology products and solutions for the foodservice equipment and supplies industry with UL’s expertise in commercial product testing and safety to expedite new market product launches for foodservice equipment manufacturers.

The partnership introduces what is designed to be an efficient path for manufacturers to launch UL-certified products into new markets and gain access to AQ’s network of more than 22,000 dealers, distributors and consultants in the UK, Europe and North America.

Working with UL and AQ, manufacturers will have support on product certification, regulatory changes, compliance through UL, and automatic access to product listings on AQ Listing Pro, the industry product database and configure, price, quote (CPQ) software.

Jim Contardi, AQ CEO, said: “AQ is focused on reducing friction for our customers and we are excited to collaborate with a partner who shares the same commitment.
