The Explora Colombo series is part of Piron’s combi oven portfolio, now imported by Atosa UK.

Atosa UK has now taken on the exclusive supply of Piron professional ovens to the UK market.

The Italian manufacturer’s combi ovens comprise a range of models from the high end specification Explora Colombo models, which feature advanced technologies for precision and control, through to the versatile Vespucci and Galilei series, designed to offer solutions for all commercial kitchens including slimline models with a width of 54cm.

Mark Todhunter, UK category manager for hot equipment at Atosa UK explained: “Atosa UK has a long-term goal to be able to offer our dealer network all essential catering items for today’s modern commercial kitchen, which is why we are delighted to exclusively introduce the Piron range to the UK market.

“The combination oven market is well catered for these days therefore it’s crucial to work with the right manufacturer to bring our customers an oven that can easily compete with other market leading brands, whilst making sure the all-important profit margins remain healthy without compromising on either quality or functionality.

“Piron, an Italian manufacturer, has always been synonymous with reliability and competence. This accompanied by the constant attention to results ensures its customers high quality components and a wide range of products.”

Atosa and Piron will be supporting the ovens in the UK with a quick response national service cover. The Northampton-based UK division of the global Atosa brand will also offer regular regional cooking demonstrations once coronavirus restrictions have been lifted, along with both technical and product training – all available in a variety of modules and formats.

Todhunter concluded: “Atosa’s ambition for 2021 doesn’t stop with the introduction of the Piron professional ovens. We will be shortly announcing a brand new range of heavy duty, prime gas cooking equipment called Cook Rite which has been in development for some time and will help us achieve the portfolio of products our customers are asking for.”
