Spanish smallware manufacturer Araven has revealed its 2021-22 catalogue, incorporating its latest innovations.
The publication now showcases 680 products, 180 more than the previous edition 2 years ago, an increase of 36%.
In addition, the catalogue serves as a reference guide, with information on food safety and advice on how to improve operational excellence and business profitability.
Recent launches listed into the catalogue include the new complete ranges of Basic polycarbonate buckets and hermetic containers and gastronorm 2/1 containers, for large volumes of food. Additions to product families include new measures of containers, dispensers of sauces and gel dispensers.
The company, now part of the Araven OM Group, has designed the new catalogue of almost 200 pages, with the aim of being a useful tool for the professional. It is organised by different phases of food management and details the key aspects that Araven products can bring to them: conservation (buckets and airtight containers), handling (cutting tables, dispensers), service and display (trays, dishes), transport (insulated cabinets) and cleaning.
Manuel Rodríguez, marketing director of Araven’s Hospitality Division, highlights that the catalogue have is aimed at “sharing our knowledge of many years as providers of solutions for the best kitchen”. He emphasised: “Araven products help to comply with regulations and to develop daily work, offering added value to professionals in the sector.”
The catalogue explains the food safety regulations, the certification systems or the different characteristics of each material, as a working guide.
For example, items for storage and conservation are designed to meet the most demanding legal standards, but also feature Araven patents and a design that should meet the needs of the professional hospitality industry. Hermetic fastenings prolong the useful life of the food in optimal conditions, along with an identification system with permanent label and colorclip.
The range covers products that help handling to avoid cross contamination, for both the needs of kitchen and service personnel, while transportation containers maintain the cold chain or the Araven garbage cans help implementation of HACCP/HACCP systems in cleaning processes.
The 2020-21 catalogue can now be downloaded through the Araven website and its printed version can also be requested. In consideration of Araven’s international presence, in more than 70 countries, the publication is available in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
