US-based light equipment manufacturer American Metalcraft has brought the hammered metal trend to the fore with its latest selection of buffetware.

One of the new lines is stainless steel Mesa roll-top chafers, available in hammered stainless steel or copper finishes, as well as smooth stainless steel.

The 180° roll-top units feature wrought iron trim and a built-in spoon holder. A locking mechanism allows the lid to remain open at 90°. Each chafer comes complete with a 22 gauge food pan, water pan, fuel holder and spoon.

The hammered look continues for the manufacturer’s latest line of vintage gold hammered buffetware. The range includes serving spoons, tongs, ladles, pie servers and meat forks. It is also available in three other finishes: vintage bronze, vintage stainless steel and wavy aged stainless steel.

Additionally, American Metalcraft has produced new rectangular three-tiered stands for buffet presentation. Said to be attractive and easy to set up, they focus on height and elevation. Plus the accompanying stainless steel frame risers are available in sets of three, in both round and square formats.

The American Metalcraft brand is available through Pro Foodservice Reps in the UK.
