Ali Group subsidiary and foodservice equipment manufacturer, Ambach, has launched a new app which is designed to store and manage its range of marketing and technical documents for its product lines.
The ‘my_ambach’ app’s content will be personalised to each user to allow a streamlined approach to accessing equipment information at a faster rate and will be continuously updated with the latest information.
This includes Equipment Technical Data (TD), 2D DWG and a range of brochures that can now be easily viewed and downloaded.
The company said: “My_ambach is a must-have tool, enabling consultants, kitchen contractors and service partners to access technical documentation from anywhere in the world – not only from our website but from any mobile device such as iOS and Android.”
“My_ambach is a useful additional tool combining ‘technology and flexibility’ and provides more support by improving the efficiency of daily activities and further enhancing profitability.”
Users must register to gain access to a more extensive level of documentation for individual appliances, including: product catalogues (PC), DWG 3D files, BIM/Revit files, user and installation manuals, exploded views, as well as being able to directly order spare parts through the ‘web shop’.
Ambach has been designing and making professional high-performance kitchens for over 60 years and has a network of more than 450 of foodservice equipment dealers.
