Alto-Shaam goes big on innovation in Milan

Alto-Shaam is unveiling its latest cook and hold oven additions at Host.

Alto-Shaam is introducing several new products during Host from today until Tuesday, including the latest leap forward in the multi-cook category, Converge Multi-Cook Ovens.

Pairing the power of Structured Air Technology with controlled humidity, Converge ovens provide expanded menu potential in the smallest footprint. With up to three independent chambers in a ventless space, operators can now steam, bake, grill and air fry at the same time, in the same oven, without sacrificing quality.

Alto-Shaam’s stand (hall 7, stand F40 G48) will also feature interactive, live cooking demos. During each demonstration, culinary experts will showcase equipment solutions that solve a number of operator challenges, including labour, space, quality and consistency.

Host is also seeing show debuts for Alto-Shaam’s new Cook & Hold Ovens, Smoker Ovens and Ventech Hoods, all launched during lockdown.

The Alto-Shaam range is supplied to the UK by FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing).
