Alto-Shaam creates director of customer experience role

Alto-Shaam has promoted Cindy Zbytniewski to the new director of customer experience role.

Cooking equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam has promoted Cindy Zbytniewski to the newly-created role of director of customer experience.

She will be tasked with developing, implementing and promoting Alto-Shaam’s global customer experience vision by utilising her in-depth knowledge of Alto-Shaam’s products, processes and customers. She first joined Alto-Shaam in 1993 and has more than 30 years of industry experience.

In her new role, Zbytniewski will focus on the pre- and post-sale customer journey, from initial inquiry to delivery and beyond, by overseeing Alto-Shaam’s sales, inventory and operations plan (SIOP), while also establishing and measuring key customer satisfaction metrics.
