Some of its well-known products now available in digital format on Specifi include the Vector Multi-Cook Oven with Structured Air Technology, offering up to four ovens in one.

Vector H Series models are a solution for when space is at a premium, with a compact design and ventless operation. For high-volume, batch cooking, Vector F Series models can replace two convection ovens.

Another is the Combitherm combi oven, designed to be energy efficient and feature a zero-clearance design that saves hood space. The appliances is claimed to replace the need for a convection oven, kettle, steamer, fryer, smoker and more. With boilerless technology, Combitherm ovens are estimated to use 80% less water usage than competitor models.

Also on the Specifi platform are Alto Shaam Cook & Hold Ovens, designed to produce better food quality and higher yields in a ventless footprint. Gentle, radiant Halo Heat evenly surrounds food without the use of extremely hot elements, added humidity or fans.

Alto-Shaam-branded products are available in the UK via Foodservice Equipment Marketing.
