Conwy-based ALS Catering Group has unveiled its new sales and display area with the launch of a series of open days.
The new unit was equipped with an array of commercial catering, refrigeration and laundry equipment, as well as new decoration, flooring, literature and signage.
Both open days at the end of April featured live cookery demonstrations delivered by a chef provided by Radford Chancellor on behalf of combi oven manufacturer, Retigo.
The chef exhibited the technologies and capabilities of the equipment.
The new sales and display area is aimed at providing ALS with the opportunity to showcase the commercial catering, refrigeration and laundry products that it supplies from brands such as Retigo, Sammic, Blue Seal and Electrolux.
The distributor’s new and existing customers will be able to get a feel for the equipment before they commit to purchase – they will be able to use it, assess the quality, road test the functions and by prior arrangement cook on the catering equipment.

As the open days were so successful, ALS is holding two more on 24 and 25 May to coincide with Retigo training days, featuring chefs and representatives from the firm, accompanied by live cookery demonstrations.
