Ali Group creates its smallest ever waste unit

Ali Group has unveiled what is the smallest waste treatment system that it has developed yet.

The Solus Eco, which is manufactured by brand subsidiary Rendisk, has a footprint measuring just 0.8m2, meaning it will fit comfortably in compact kitchens or garbage rooms.

Ali insists the unit offers a high productive capacity as it can process up to 450kg of organic waste per hour.

Waste is loaded into the hopper where it is ground and dehydrated using a special centrifugal technique. The dry pulp is then collected in a 30-litre bin. Ali insists this process reduces the volume of the waste by up to 80%

Maximum attention has also been given to hygiene, according to the firm. With the push of a button, the automatic wash cycle cleans the inside of the machine, while a spray pistol is attached to the side of the machine for easy cleaning of the exterior.
