Adande refrigeration built into Charvet range


Hot on the heels of winning a chef’s choice award for its cooking range in 2001, Charvet has improved the flexibility of the system by adding an Adande refrigerated draw to the 2012 unit.

Charvet 800 and 900 series modular cooking ranges launched late last year, but are are being presented to the trade for the first time this week at Hotelympia. Dealers visiting the show can evaluate a model featuring a griddle section, plancha and fryer above the refrigerating draw.

“This collaboration of two great brands has produced a flexible solution for the busy kitchen, offering refrigeration and the ultimate in consistent temperature control directly under the cookline in one simple modular solution,” the company states.
