Adande Refrigeration has launched a new Saladette that it claims will speed up kitchen service for chefs fighting a battle against time.
The product offers a highly versatile chilled ingredient storage solution and will be available to the catering equipment channel from December.
Ideal for garnishes, pizza, sandwiches, tapas, salad, or dessert make-up, the Adande Saladette is an optional extra for single or two-drawer Adande units.
Ingredient wells are GN sized and, using mixed GN containers, can be configured to suit the precise requirements of the menu.
The Lowestoft-based company adds that construction is stainless steel throughout and temperature control is designed to achieve a consistent 4 degC.
