Adande is making a big splash at Host this year thanks to the innovations it is showcasing on its stand at the Milan-based show.
In hall 2 stand B12 of the Fiera Milano exhibition centre between 23-27 October, Adande will be demonstrating its Matchbox Hydrocarbon pass through refrigerated drawer system which uses ‘hold the cold’ technology. This appliance has been awarded the Host Smart Label innovation award for a second time.
Adande’s insulated containers are said to offer flexibility from fridge to freezer, with optional blast chilling. The possible configurations could replace upright and under-counter appliances even in the cookline, which could optimise operational flow.
Other products on show at the exhibition include Adande shallow drawers, which are designed to have more flexibility in under counter configurations, single or two drawer units designed to work under the counter or in the cookline, saladettes, chef bases with heat shield worktops, and compact units.
The company stated: “We can prove our claims to be the ‘most sustainable commercial refrigeration on today’s market’, producing major savings of food and energy compared to old ‘conventional’ refrigeration technology.”
