Cooking equipment supplier ACP has signed up Leeds-based maintenance firm, R&S Services, as an additional service partner for the UK market.
Brian Lavelle, northern Europe sales manager for ACP, detailed: “Over the past 18 months thanks to the innovation behind our products we have had an influx of new business from the Amana, Menumaster and XpressChef products. We felt we needed to increase the level of service support to enable us to offer the most responsive times anywhere in the UK while improving the overall customer experience.
“When we reviewed the reach and expertise R&S offers, we knew it was a good fit for the direction we want to take our brands through 2022 and beyond. With a guaranteed next working day callout, and 16,337 jobs completed in 2021 and a 96% first time fix rate, it was an easy decision for us. You can have the best product in the world, but if the back up when it’s needed isn’t reactive, that’s where long-term satisfaction falls.”
While R&S Services’ MD Oliver Lett added: “We’re really excited to get the partnership between ourselves and ACP out, it’s been months of work between us to get to this point. I think for both parties it offers a neutral solution for the end users and distributors involved.
“Our coverage is second to none, and our engineers are all highly trained. This partnership also gives more options to the distributors we currently support daily and introduces us to the distributors who might not know of us yet. We’re proud to support some of the best brands in the industry, and ACP joins that growing list now. Lauren Hunter will be on hand for any new business enquiries.”
