7 Day Catering picks up IS0 accreditation

Independent contract catering company 7 Day Catering has been accredited as an ISO 9001 certified organisation.

ISO 9001 recognises businesses who adopt efficient quality management systems that will save time and cost, improve efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

To achieve the accreditation, the Tamworth-based business had to be prepared to incorporate the quality management systems into every area of the business.

Measurements were established as a constant check point against the quality policy and staff fully briefed to ensure they were aware of expectations and their areas of responsibility.

Henry Watts, managing director of 7 Day Catering, said: “As a business, we are committed to implementing more efficient and time saving processes, which in turn, will provide our customers with the highest levels of service. In 2010 we achieved ISO 14001 accreditation in our ongoing mission to reduce our environmental impact and enhance our environmental credentials.”

7 Day Catering serves more than 180 clients from the business and industry sector. Clients span offices, call centres, distribution centres, manufacturing and industrial.
