Tableware firm Villeroy & Boch has appointed Max James to its hotel and restaurant division, reporting to Nick Green, national sales manager.
James has 35 years of hospitality experience, with his latest role being an account manager at 3663 Catering Equipment, with responsibility for catering equipment sales to new and existing customers on across the South, South East, South West and South Wales.
Prior to his 3 years at 3663, he was sales manager at Cambro Manufacturing from 2004. This followed 14 years of running his own hotels and restaurants, starting his career as deputy manager at The Avon Gorge Hotel. He then headed up The Lamb Hotel as managing partner and later Maxwell’s Restaurant and Cactus Jacks as both owner and manager.
Villeroy & Boch believes James will make a pivotal contribution to the company’s plans for strong, continued growth.
