Winterhalter brand hits streets of London

Eau de Vie, the sustainable filtered water systems brand distributed by Winterhalter, is ramping up its maintenance capabilities in London to match the growth of its business in the capital.

The company has just acquired a new fleet of four liveried vans, which hit London this week to carry out installs, service calls and filter changes.

Eau de Vie’s patented Silver6 filter technology can produce unlimited amounts of fresh still and sparkling filtered water, which can be bottled onsite in personalised branded bottles.

It is an increasingly attractive prospect for restaurants looking to counter the environmental impact of bottled water use.

Latest customers include Lyle’s, the newest must-attend restaurant in Shoreditch, while leading restaurateurs and chefs such as Angela Hartnett, Eric Chavot and Mitch Tonks use the equipment.

CEO David Smithson said its success in attracting new customers had resulted in a need to double its maintenance crew in London.

“We have added a number of new clients to our ever expanding list, and doubled our London-based fleet of maintenance vans to cope with demand and to maintain the reputation we have built up for great service and a fantastic product,” he said.
