Williams has confirmed that it will take part in Takeaway Innovation Expo 2014, which kicks off at Olympia next month.
The manufacturer said the choice and flexibility of its range of refrigeration is designed to match the huge variety that characterises the takeaway sector.
“From coffee shops to burger bars to pizza parlours, Chinese, Indian, fish and chip shops — we aim to offer a one-stop-shop for takeaway refrigeration,” said marketing manager Martin Laws.
He added that the firm plans to showcase a selection of space-saving back-of-house cabinets, mobile prep counters and front-of-house merchandisers at the event.
It will also market its UBC5 under broiler counter, a space-saving, low-level refrigerated drawer counter designed specifically to hold chargrills and griddles. At the show, it will be seen with a Falcon Dominator Plus griddle and chargrill.
Sister company Falcon will be present at the exhibition to highlight a selection of cooking appliances suited to the takeaway market, including countertop ovens and fryers.
