Williams Refrigeration will be showcasing its range suitable for takeaway outlets during the Takeaway Innovation Expo 2016 on 27-28 September at London’s ExCel.
On stand 436, the firm will highlight space-saving cabinets and counters to front-of-house units.
For instance, Williams’ Thermowell TW4 refrigerated prep well could help staff access the key ingredients needed during preparation swiftly and safely.
The TW4 can hold two 1/3 or four 1/6 Gastronorm containers. The refrigerated wells are angled so that chefs can have easy access and sight of the ingredients.
The TW4 is designed to work in ambient temperatures up to 32°C and, as well as being compact, its installation is claimed to be flexible.
Williams’ Gem Multideck range is said to be suitable for front-of-house, with a stylish and slimline design.
It comes with the option of an impulse snack basket, an accessory to maximise the food offering from the one unit.
Another space-saving product on the Williams’ stand is the Amber A400 upright cabinet. Its slim design could make it suitable for small takeaway kitchens.
With a capacity of 406litres, it can also operate in temperatures of up to 32°C.
Another Amber product on display will be the A135 undercounter cabinet, offering a storage capacity of 133litres.
Furthermore, Falcon Foodservice Equipment, Williams’ sister company, will display a selection of cooking appliances suited to the takeaway market at the event, including countertop ovens and fryers.
