Williams chases after front-of-house business

Williams has stated its intent to increase the amount of business it does in front-of-house locations by launching a dedicated range of refrigeration units for this market.

The company has developed a complete front-of-house display range of separate cases that can be used for a number of applications, including sushi, wine, ice cream, cake and chocolate.

While its normal refrigeration units are associated with a classic stainless steel finish, these particular units come in a choice of highly polished designs, such as champagne, rose, bronze and black hairline.

Williams points out that the range can be entirely tailored to suit the site’s footprint and application in order to enhance presentation and ensure products are stored in the best possible conditions.

“Each model has been designed to deliver the optimum combination of aesthetics and functionality,” explained Williams marketing manager Martin Laws. “They maximise the display area whilst delivering high performance refrigeration.”

“These are premium display cabinets, made using the highest standards in manufacture, such as v-cut bending. They look great front of house, thanks to features such as 45° cut glass, for all round visibility. Some models also have invisible handles and hidden controllers,” he added.
