Ruislip-based WilcoxBurchmore has welcomed Rhiannon Evans as junior project sales manager.
She has joined the kitchen design house to focus on building relationships within the business and industry sector.
She was previously with contract caterer BaxterStorey, working within the business development team where she developed her skills, creating proposals and bids. Prior to that she had marketing roles with a cookware company and publishing giant Palgrave Macmillan.
Having spent some time travelling in both South East Asia and Scandinavia she is ready for her next role, and is looking forward to using her creative talents as well as her business acumen to establish sound relationships and new contracts for WilcoxBurchmore.
Director Michael Burchmore said: “We’re thrilled Rhiannon is joining us. Her skills in design and commercial catering will be a real asset to us, and her corporate experience will complement and enhance our areas of expertise.”
Director Cathy Wilcox added: “Rhiannon’s experience in top end business and industry catering will give us a fresh look at how we operate. She has a sharp mind, and has already provided some useful insights that have instigated some changes for the better.”
While Evans herself commented: “I love this business. Catering is like a family – you make great contacts and friends, and the fact that I heard about this role via a recommendation from an industry friend is a good example.
“I’m excited to get stuck into my role and make some new connections, helping WilcoxBurchmore to grow in the process.”
