Surrey internet and mail order reseller CED Trade has boosted its local profile by teaming up with nearby football club Crawley Town.
The catering equipment provider recently took up match day sponsorship of Crawley’s clash with League One rivals Shrewsbury Town.
Colleagues and associates of CED Trade joined founder Foyzur Ullah in enjoying the full match day experience, which included watching the 2-2 draw unfold from the director’s box and sampling the hospitality on offer.
Crawley Town’s commercial director, Ewan Dunlop, presented CED Trade with a signed team shirt, which now takes centre stage on its office wall.
“Not only does it cater for us on a match day but more importantly CED Trade allows us to run all our behind-the-scenes work on a day to day basis!” he said.
CED says it is a firm believer in supporting its local communities and charities, adding that it is currently in talks with Crawley Town to extend the partnership for another three years.
It already holds a prime spot advertising board at the ground, full season advertisement in the match programmes and two season tickets for the Broadfield Stadium.
