Vision Commercial Kitchens has successfully taken part in a Movember charity challenge.

All of the male Vision staff began Movember freshly shaven on the 31 October and grew moustaches and/or beards for the 30 days of November.

Their aim was to raise money for the Baby Beat Appeal which is a charity which aims to maintain and raise standards in preventative care and foetal well being at the Sharoe Green Maternity Unit at Royal Preston Hospital.

“Each ‘beard’ participating donated 50p per day,” says Vision marketing and events coordinator Gabrielle Guile.

“We have surpassed our £100 target and donations are still coming in so if anyone would like to help us raise money for the Baby Beat Appeal you can donate by texting VISI48 £5 to 70070 or via Vision’s JustGiving page.”
