Victor Manufacturing has expanded its Banquetline range with the launch of a new under counter heated drawer unit.
The heated cabinet allows chefs and caterers to prepare and store hot food in advance to maintain speedy service in times of peak demand.
The new BL30H1 uses a blown air heating system to keep food in optimum condition until required.
It can hold up to 30 plated meals or 10 gastronorm containers.
The low height unit has been designed to roll under counter and features heavy-duty swivel castors – two of which are braked.
It can also be used as a stand-alone product with a left-hand or right-hand hinged model to choose from.
The unit, which is available to order in time for Christmas, is the latest addition to Victor’s Banquetline series.
The range includes an additional six heated models and one refrigerated unit to cope with banquets ranging from 50 plates to over 1,000.
Features include a thermostat for accurate temperature control and optional humidity provided by an integral water reservoir in the cabinet base.
Intelligent design features include radius internal corners and removable components to enable easy cleaning and excellent hygiene standards.
