Commercial kitchen ventilation manufacturer Mansfield Pollard has teamed up with a leading training provider to ensure staff have access to dedicated personal development and qualification programmes.
The Bradford-based outfit has struck a partnership with Eden Training Solutions, which delivers industry-recognised training including work based QCF qualifications, apprenticeships and specialist training programmes.
The growing relationship between the pair is proving to be of huge benefit to Mansfield Pollard employees, who have found themselves with a chance to learn in a working environment while achieving NVQ levels 2 and 3 in various courses.
Staff can choose from a range of subjects that include warehouse and stock control, sales, ITQ, customer service and management.
Since the beginning of this year, Mansfield Pollard has grown its headcount from 117 to 155 to help cope with increasing demand for its services in the UK and abroad.
