Triline Contracts serves up latest Morrisons job

Huddersfield kitchen house Triline Contracts has completed its latest job with Morrisons, helping one of the supermarket’s ‘Local stores introduce a refrigerated salad bar for customers.

Triline regularly undertakes fit-out work for Morrisons and has provided equipment for its head office coffee shop, taste kitchen and convenience stores in the past.

The latest scheme, at its outlet in Ilkley near Bradford, saw the company integrate a single-drawer refrigerated unit into a self-service salad bar.

The unit has been finished with an attractive wooden fascia to match the salad counter. Morrisons is hoping the display will be popular with lunchtime shoppers seeking a healthy food option.

Steve Willans, Triline’s managing director, cited the 86-litre storage capacity of the Adande drawer system as one of the reasons for its specification.

“We also considered the proven track record of Adande units for lower energy consumption and stable temperatures, which are driving factors in sustainable store development,” he said.
