Colchester-based Total Catering Equipment has completed a kitchen outfit for the All Saints Golf & Country Club in Bury St Edmunds.
The golf club’s owner, David Harris, contacted the dealer with a brief of changing the onsite restaurant from a typical golf bar into a very plush New York style brassiere bar and restaurant.
Total therefore specified a more open plan galley kitchen.
Equipment chosen included Catering Equipment Professional’s 700 series cookline and a Rational combi oven.
Refrigeration was sourced from nearby Precision Refrigeration and the dishwasher area was kitted out with a Meiko Gio dishwasher featuring reverse osmosis.
Total MD, Andrew Mumford, commented: “I’m really pleased with the final result.
“The clients and builders were great to work with, and having provided the complete turnkey project including light grey wall cladding, full extraction system and bespoke fabrication, the open plan pass works well and looks great.”
