Vision Commercial Kitchens has designed, supplied and installed the catering facilities within a new Leon unit in Stansted airport.
The brief was to take the traditional Leon high street brand and make it workable within a busy and demanding airport environment. The airport was undertaking a vast refurbishment in order to improve the facilities for its passengers and Leon is one of the 12 new units involved within the airports renovation.
The peak volumes and demands within the airport are of a dissimilar pattern to Leon’s high street branches and so the catering equipment had to be selected to reflect this extra demand. With this in mind, Vision supplied equipment of high quality and durability which was more than capable of coping with the high demand within the airport.
This is Leon’s 21st restaurant. The chain offers an alternative to fast food by offering fresh, health conscious products inspired by Mediterranean cooking.
