Sous Vide Tools, a leading supplier of sous vide equipment, has confirmed it will be exhibiting at this year’s Commercial Kitchen Show at the NEC Birmingham on 6-7 June.
The company, which recently announced a partnership with UK food industry provider of practical, scientific and technical advice, Campden BRI, will be exhibiting at the show for the first time, on stand C2.
MD Alex Shannon commented: “Sous vide continues to grow in popularity across all areas of foodservice but, despite this, authoritative information on the subject is in scarce supply, making it very hard for aspiring chefs or foodies to fully, and safely, engage with it.
“To help demystify the subject our chef director, Chris Holland, will be cooking on the stand, as well as offering practical advice on all things sous vide-related, much as he does at the many training courses that we run on a regular basis at our development kitchen.”
As well as sous vide equipment Sous Vide Tools provides a range of other culinary equipment including vacuum packers, pressure steamers, dehydrators, evaporators, countertop induction units and food processors.
