Sous Vide Tools in the house!

Nothing draws people to an exhibition stand quite like the aroma of fresh cooking, and this year we were lucky enough to have our friends from Sous Vide Tools cooking on the stand at Hotelympia.

Sous Vide Tools’ chef director Chris Holland and development chef Josh Adams made sure that visitors to the stand didn’t go hungry, keeping them well fed with delicious dishes including pork belly and short rib.

Sous vide is something our clients are using more and more and Sous Vide Tools’ extensive, market leading range of equipment, from vacuum sealers to water baths, sits very nicely alongside our own product portfolio.
