Catering equipment supplier Sigma has expanded its design and sales operations with the appointment of Sarah Boyd.

Boyd joined the business as a CAD/sales executive to work within the design team to produce catering and service facility designs.

She graduated this year in interior architecture at Northumbria University. It is hoped that her interior design capability will offer the business additional opportunities to look beyond the kitchen design and assist its clients in the interior design aspect of any project.

Chris Keith, director of Sigma, commented on Boyd’s appointment: “I’m delighted she has joined us as in the short time she has been with us she has demonstrated not only her design capabilities but also a willingness to be involved in learning the project management and sales aspects of the business.”
