C&C Catering Equipment has promoted Mark Roxburgh to the role of senior project manager.

Roxburgh started working with C&C in June 1998 and initially travelled around the country installing numerous Road Chef projects for the company.

This was followed by a short stint in the company’s warehouse to help improve their goods management system before returning to his installation role around the UK.

After four years in this position, Mark was asked to take over from one of the project managers on a catering scheme for Standard Life in Edinburgh, kick-starting his career in project management.

Last year Roxburgh oversaw the £2.6m Nomura Bank project, which at the time was the largest catering scheme in London.

He is currently working on the prestigious Café Royal in Piccadilly, again at present the largest project in the Catering industry.
