A new marketing platform for hospitality customer engagement, Ripples, has announced that it will be debuting revolutionary technology in a bid to increase its European presence at this week’s Host Milan show.
The company, which will be showing at the trade event from October 20 to 24, will demonstrate how its newly designed Ripple Maker prints high-resolution images and messages onto foam-topped drinks, Nitro-brewed coffee and cocktails.
Yossi Meshulam, Ripples co-founder and chief executive officer, said: “Having already enjoyed significant success in North America and Asia, we are now making great progress in Europe, adding household names to our client portfolio almost daily.”
Ripples has already driven sales increases at some of the world’s leading brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marco Polo Hotels, Shangri-La, The Four Seasons, Starwood, Twitter, and IBM. Ripples was launched in Europe in September 2017.
The company is set to run live demonstrations throughout the day and will also offer each visitor the chance to have their portrait drawn by an artist at the stand. The drawings will then be printed onto the individual’s coffee, showcasing the Ripple Maker’s print quality and real-time capability.
Ripples is looking to target hotel, restaurant and café businesses, with its new product that it claims will increase differentiation and profitability.
