RH Hall has launched a new range of Maestrowave ceramic grills with infrared cooking elements.
Available to dealers in six different combinations and sizes, the grills offer very quick heat up and cook times, and are ideal for delicate foods and meat.
The counterbalanced top plates make deep filed products easy to cook, while the removable drip trays make cleaning less of a burden.
The large cooking area on the 17060 units, which measures 580mm x 280mm, are suitable for larger Paninis, and an adjustable thermostat means the temperature can be set at anywhere between 0 and 320 degrees centigrade.
“The main advantage of having a ceramic finish is the fast heat up time and ease of cleaning — add to this the natural non-stock characteristics and you’ve got a winning combination,” said managing director Ray Hall.
The Bedfordshire-based supplier offers a comprehensive range of Panini and contact grills under the Maestrowave brand.
Hall says the size of the portfolio reflects the current growth of the “food on the move” market.
