The Restaurant Show returns to London Olympia on 2-4 October 2017 and registration is now open.
Celebrating its 29th year, the event is designed to allow the hospitality industry to discover innovation, learn about new trends, see success and be inspired by over 450 exhibitors.
Visitors will be able to access exciting shows under one roof and this could update their business knowledge and develop their skills, as well as giving the opportunity network with peers. Alongside The Restaurant Show will be The Bar & Pub Show, Conscious Hospitality Show and Catering Equipment Expo, which is hosted by Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment.
Each year The Stage features a programme of workshops, debates and interviews and culinary demonstrations. Sessions include the daily Business Insights panels with OpenTable, where experts discuss the issues that matter most to today’s restaurant industry. During the trend-watching session with MCA, Simon Stenning will reveal what is set to shake up the industry over the next 12 months.
Back for 2017 are the Great New Idea Awards. In the build-up to the shows, visitors will vote for their favourite product innovation from exhibitors. A combination of public votes and expert panels will decide which exhibitor takes home the title. Exhibitors will be on-hand to reveal their latest products designed to help hospitality businesses succeed.
