The Uropa Brands name could become a familiar sight for dealers and consultants in the coming months, as it has been formed to promote the key brands that fall under the RB Distribution network.
As head of brands, Richard Ebbs explained: “Uropa Brands is not a direct selling channel, and we have no end user accounts.
“The focus for Uropa brands is supporting anyone that sells the RBD exclusive brands. Whether it is Polar, Samsung, Chefworks or Santos our raison d’être is to provide dealers, consultants and even the end user with as much information and support as possible to ensure that they can make an informed purchasing decision and learn more about the products in the portfolio.”
In order to cater for this, each brand will have its own dedicated brand manager who will focus purely on that marque.
Specific brand websites are also being launched where dealers can download a full bank of product specifications, testimonials and technical details and watch branded videos.
These websites will also provide end users with a directory of local dealers and websites from where the brand can be purchased.
Ebbs continued: “This brand-led approach will ensure that anyone interested in any of our brands can gather as much information as they require to make an informed decision.
“The team at Uropa brands will be the experts in each of their product areas and will be able to provide dealers with a wealth of knowledge which they can then pass on to their customers.
“We can come and help train your teams, provide stands for showrooms as well as supporting materials such as new branded brochures.”
Whilst dealers will still purchase product through the normal RB Distribution route, Uropa brand managers should be able to provide them with greater in-depth knowledge of the Uropa-supported product range.
