Rational has put together a new accreditation programme for its distributors in the UK.
The programme — called ‘Rational DEAL’ —is designed to help the company’s partners grow their sales by underlining their professionalism, the quality of the services they offer and their expertise.
Rational has created a carefully-designed package including enhanced training, support materials and joint marketing activities, which underpin the scheme.
“This is all about helping our dealers maximise their business opportunities through outstanding support,” explained UK managing director, Lee Norton.
“DEAL helps them use the unrivalled profile and potency of the Rational brand to grow sales — their commitment to us is to deliver the quality and service that customers associate with our brand. We believe the DEAL sets a new benchmark in terms of a manufacturer and distributors working together, not only to build sales but also to enhance customer satisfaction, by delivering a better service.”
As part of DEAL, Rational has put together a series of logos and icons that accredited dealers can use in signage and marketing to promote the services they offer.
They cover areas such as sales, equipment maintenance and product demonstrations. DEAL also incorporates areas as diverse as online support, local exhibition activities and a wide variety of sales support materials, from spec sheets and guides to reference stories.
“DEAL shows our commitment to our dealers,” added Norton. “It is a recognition of their loyalty and professionalism. For end users, the DEAL icons are a guarantee of quality.”
