As part of Prodis’ latest wave of over 100 new products, it has introduced Calabria chocolate specification counters.
The patisserie counters are available as refrigerated, ambient, heated and chocolate temperatures in 1metre and 1.4metre lengths.
The refrigerated cabinets features forced air cooling, automatic defrost, digital temperature control and frontal heating element to prevent condensation, while the chocolate specification adds humidity control.
Heated cabinets have a temperature range of 75°C to 90°C and individual temperature control on each shelf to allow the tailoring of food holding temperature.
Refrigerated, heated and ambient units are available as 1metre wide open fronted for grab and go self serve operations.
The entire Calabria range can be fully customised with RAL colour or wood effect panels and can be matched to Prodis’ range of Corsica bespoke counters, allowing the creation of full bar and counter solutions.
