Dalebrook’s newly launched new copper tea stand has entered the UK market after a successful trial at The Royal Ascot Racing Club.

The tea stand, commissioned by rhubarb Food Design for its client at the racing venue, is ‘pride of place’ at the racing venue’s members only area, Dalebrook MD Jennie Knott has said.

She commented: “Our Copper Tea Stand goes against the grain with its contemporary design and we’re thrilled that our new product is taking pride of place at Ascot.

“The stands are uniquely designed so that they can be stacked on top of one another when stored, making them a convenient addition to any afternoon tea environment.”

The stand is designed to break away from the tradition of white plates and silver stands and aims to be in keeping with the venue’s interior of dark wood and mahogany.

It is designed to add a touch of decadence and glamour to afternoon tea setting, according to the melamine food display product supplier.

Dalebrook said its contemporary copper tea stand is a practical solution for busy catering environments with a difference.

The stand can be stored neatly away when not in use as a result of its removable rustic wood effect melamine platters. The platters are designed to be practical and durable.

The platters can also be used on their own and feature a textured wood effect, accompanied by all of the product benefits of melamine including chip resistance and dishwasher safety.

They also have longer overlapped edges on the base which prevent them from slipping out of the stand.
