Precision’s Retro Refrigeration range was lauded at the GulfHost show held in Dubai last month.
The event has taken over from GulFood as the Middle East’s major catering equipment exhibition.
The new show has also launched its own Innovation Awards which took place in the Armani Hotel in the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
Guests enjoyed a live cook-off during the awards ceremony featuring four celebrity chefs including Britain’s own Jason Atherton and Colin Clague – both of whom are users of Precision’s products.
Retro Refrigeration was shortlisted for the Innovation Awards and was a finalist in the Best Back of House Innovation category.
“We’re delighted to have Retro Refrigeration recognised in this way,” said Les Simmons, Precision’s MD in the Middle East. “We are growing our business in the region and prestigious awards like this really help with our sales and marketing.
“The style, quality and reliability of our Retro Refrigeration are ideally suited to the prestige venues that are being developed in the Middle East.”
